www.reps.co.uk (the "Site) is owned and operated by WYOH Ltd and is made available to you on the following terms and conditions. By using the site and the services available on it you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions which expressly apply to services and information provided by third parties.

Please Note to All Suppliers: All supply of services will only be sanctioned for payment and acceptance by WYOH Ltd if supported by a purchase order signed by a Director of WYOH Ltd. A service engagement agreement will be supplied to a bona fida supplier signed by a Director of WYOH Ltd. It is the responsibility of the supplier to ensure that any work (or goods requested) is only commissioned by said WYOH Director and no other person or person(s)

Data protection

Our use of CVs and other personal information supplied by users of this Site is governed by our privacy policy. Please SEE OUR PRIVACY POLICY.

Personal data that you supply to us may be transferred to third-party service providers to be stored or processed on our behalf, including third parties located outside of the European Economic Area in countries where there may be a lower legal level of data protection. However, we will always endeavour to handle your information in accordance with this privacy policy, wherever it is processed.

Use of the site

The information and services available on the site are provided for the sole purpose of individuals looking for work and business opportunities to generate a secondary income which may become your primary income

You may use, print and download information from the site for these purposes only and for no other personal or commercial purpose. You may not otherwise copy, display, transmit or distribute any material from the site and if you do or if you perform any other unauthorised processing of information on the site it shall be deemed a material breach of these terms and conditions which, in the case of a Customer, shall entitle us to terminate the Services immediately on notice in writing. Further, we reserve the right to suspend the provision of the Services to you in circumstances where we reasonably believe that you have performed any unauthorised processing of information. In respect of any personal data accessed or otherwise processed by a Customer as a result of access to the site or the Services, the Customer agrees that it shall be the sole data controller of such personal data for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 2018 and, as such, shall be solely responsible for its processing.

All copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights in the site and the material available on the site is owned by WYOH Ltd or its third-party suppliers. Use of the site does not give you any proprietary rights in such materials.

Jobseekers and business opportunity owners need to be aware that this job board operates as a venue only and does not introduce or supply job seekers to recruiters (or vice versa).

Refunds Policy - Recruiters

We promote job opportunities on affiliated Job Boards which registered recruiters can purchase and use data to promote thier opportunity directly.

Recruiters register their prefered card payment on REPS.co.uk and select how much they wish to fund thier account, funds are taken by our PSP [Payment Service Provider] SQUAREUP.COM. Recruiters can 'top up' thier account as they wish for lead data applications from the job boards on a daily basis and receive replacement leads for defective or leads that do not meet our criteria.

Recruiters can cancel or pause lead supply at any time. Recruiters can cancel at any time, in the event of cancelation of service we can refund any residual funds agreed in the recruiters account less any fees outstanding. Refunds are made from SQUAREUP and returned back to the card payment used to fund the account. Please note Refunds can take between 2-7 business days to be received by the recruiter. REPS.co.uk have no control over this process as this is managed by SQUAREUP our nomimated PSP and not by REPS.co.uk.

WE MAY MAKE CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF THESE TERMS

We amend these Terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use the Site, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. Please view the "Effective from" date at the top of these terms to see when it was last revised.

WYOH Ltd will not be liable for any loss whatsoever from your engagement in any of the job or business opportunities listed on our site

This includes:-

Loss of Profits
Loss of sales or business
Loss of agreements or contracts
Loss of anticipated savings
Loss of use of or corruption of software, data, or information
Loss of or damage to goodwill
Any indirect or consequential loss

These Terms, their subject matter, and its formation are governed by English law. You and We both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
