We take data protection very seriously and understand the importance of protecting your privacy and Personal Information. “Personal Information” is information that identifies you as an individual such as your name, date of birth, email address, IP address and CV.

How do we collect information from you?

We collect and use your Personal Information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

Please do not submit Personal Information to us if you do not wish us to collect it.

Please be aware that we may also infer certain information about you from your expressed search preferences. We also collect from:

  • Publicly available information in relation to professional history: educational background; employment history; skills and experience; professional licenses and affiliations; educational and professional qualifications.

What legal basis do we rely on to process your Personal Information?

Consent

On some occasions, WYOH Ltd or any of our owned marketing websites processes your data with your consent. For example, we rely on consent when we send promotional material or when you link your WYOH Ltd to your Social Network account. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time. Where consent is the only legal basis for processing, we will cease to process data after consent is withdrawn.

WYOH Ltd also processes your data when it is in our legitimate interests to do this and when these interests are not overridden by your data protection rights.

Our legitimate interests include:

Who do we share your Personal Information with?

Our service providers

This includes external third-party service providers, primarily Job boards and their affiliated advertising partners for the express purpose of providing job/opportunities/courses that may be of interest. Your Data will be stored securely on our IT Systems and technical support, hosting service providers, data storage and cloud providers in the pursuance of our business activities.

Governmental authorities and third parties involved in court action

WYOH Ltd may share Personal Information with governmental or other public authorities (including, but not limited to, workers’ compensation boards, courts, law enforcement, tax authorities, criminal investigations agencies); and third-party civil legal process participants and their accountants, auditors, lawyers, and other advisors and representatives as we believe to be necessary or appropriate: (a) to comply with applicable law, including laws outside your country of residence; (b) to comply with legal process; (c) to respond to requests from public and government authorities including public and government authorities outside your country of residence; (d) to enforce our terms and conditions; (e) to protect our operations or those of any of our group companies; (f) to protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, and that of our group companies, you or others; and (g) to allow us to pursue available remedies or limit our damages.

Other third parties

Occasionally, we may share Personal Information with other third parties. We will always do this under contract and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

How we use Personal Information?

We use Personal Information to do some or all of the following:

Personal Information that you supply to us is generally stored within the UK.

How can you manage or delete Personal Information?

When you access our website online, we store some information about you. This is anonymous and used for statistical purposes.

Retail clients must first register with REPS.co.uk to create thier own account to purchase leads to thier dashboard. It is password protected and may only be accessed by you you should not grant access to any other party. You can manage the personal information in your Account by sending the request to keith@wyoh.co.uk. Should you require to reset your password use the Forget password option on the login page or contact keith@wyoh.co.uk and a dedicated password reset link be sent to you. 

If you would like to permanently delete your account and be removed completely from our records, you can send an email to keith@wyoh.co.uk with the subject line “Permanently delete my information and account”. Please tell us who you are

It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computers, devices, and applications. Be sure to sign off when you finish using on a shared computer. It is your responsibility to ensure your password strength is sufficient and do not give your password login details to anyone. We strongly recommend you only access your account to download leads on a device other than a smart phone which is not as user friendly we do offer a moblie friendy web ap version. Security

REPS.co.uk and WYOH Ltd [owner] is committed to keeping your personal data safe and secure from unauthorized access to, or unauthorized alterations, disclosure or destruction of information that we hold.

Our security measures include:

  • review our information collection, storage and processing practices, including physical security measures;
  • restrict access to personal access to personal information to WYOH Ltd employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to process it for us and who are subject to contractual confidentiality and processing obligations. They may be disciplined, or their contract terminated if they fail to meet these obligations; and
  • internal policies setting out our data security approach and training for employees.

Push notifications

When you use some websites you may see a box appear top right or left asking your permission if you will accept Notifications from the site or its partners. If you say yes you are giving the site permission to send you messages by email or to your mobile of offers, promotions from it's affiliate partners.  If you do not wish to receive Push Notifications then say no.  Reps.co.uk does not currently operate Push Notifications but our Third Party Providers may do so if you are directed to their site. You will by default consent to be directed to our Third-Party Providers as we are promoting their business opportunity. Accepting a Push Notification a device token will be generated, which will be associated with your device.

These device tokens will be stored on third-party servers you can view their privacy policy of our third-party providers see the list below. You can opt-out from receiving such messages by changing the settings of your device, settings/notifications.

We understand the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of your personal data. We thus make every effort to comply with our obligations under the Data Protection Act 2018 and where and when applicable the General Data Protection Regulation.

Like many websites, we store small data files or letters and numbers (known as cookies) on your hard drive or in device memory of your computer. The purpose of this is to improve our services and your experience using the software, please read our cookie policy to understand further.

We provide aggregate statistical information about users of the Software and their use. We may provide this information to customers, advertisers, suppliers and other reputable third parties. This will not include any information that enables them to identify individuals.

  • The right to be removed completely from our database and have all personal contact details permanently deleted

REPS.co.uk job and business opportunities and any offers, quizzes, completion and surveys published on reps.co.uk or any other marketing website owned by and operated by WYOH Ltd is not directed towards individuals under the age of eighteen (18), Individuals under the age of Eighteen (18) are expressly prohibited from using REPS.co.uk or any other marketing website operated and owned by WYOH Ltd Website and App.

Please note that although we require customers who use our services, such as employers seeking to recruit staff and to offer working from home opportunities and business opportunities, to agree to use the information made available solely for recruitment-related purposes, we do not control their use of any information that they have access to as part of receiving our services.

When you use our Site it may refer your inquiry or link you to a third-party provider ("Provider").
